The room is great-sized and new-fashioned with a hairdryer. The staff are outstandingly accommodating. Our hotel is set in a very central location near shops, nightlife, and restaurants. The tavern is a great place for food & drink.

It was friendly hotel for short stay. The staff were all excellent friendly and extremely friendly, excellent service. The location in a very attractive area was unbeatable. The restaurant was great and my meal was great. I liked the weekend and definitely coming here again.

This place is exceptionally friendly, with affable staff at the reception desk, and my room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed for our needs.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and fantastic breakfast options. The staff are friendly and attentive, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with the hotel situated on a very busy intersection, close to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with high quality linen and excellent facilities.

No significant improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The total stay was really good for us 3rd visit. Enjoyed the attached restaurant onsite. The staff was very amiable and amazing friendly - we would love to go back.

the room is spotless and neat, it comes with enough storage and single beds, as example. marvellous location close to the ocean, you can walk everywhere.

During Christmas, the free candy canes and complimentary chocolates were a nice touch. the hotel's location near the beach and shopping areas was very convenient. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed that provided us with a good night's sleep.

The worst aspect of our stay was the noise level. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every little noise outside and in the adjacent rooms.

The staff actually treated me like a human being, which was a refreshing change. The food at the attached restaurant was so good, I had the same meal twice in a row.

The shower had a monstrous rainfall shower head that drowned me, but hey, at least my hair got a thorough washing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the room and facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The modern and clean rooms were equipped with excellent facilities and had enough storage for our bags. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful shower. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient. It was situated behind the pub, which made it easy to grab a drink or enjoy a meal. It was also located on a very busy intersection, making it a central hub near all the conveniences like the plaza, Woolworths, and the Main Street.

All was just fine during my stay.

the room was very clean and inviting. the beds were comfortable and the room service was lovely. the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of stores - including Aldi - Dan Murphy's - Woolworths - Maccas. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The pub on-site serves excellent meals - including seniors meals which were very good. It's also great that despite being a hotel - there was no noise factor. I highly recommend Nightcap!

Totally recommend.

Located in a prime spot, we could walk easily to all amenities and attractions in the area. The onsite restaurant served beautifully cooked meals, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, and it was convenient to park right next to the room. The bathroom was well equipped with an iron and a hairdryer.

While everything was great, the signage could be improved to make it clearer where to check in.

The spacious rooms at Nightcap were a pleasant surprise, especially compared to more expensive accommodations nearby. The light and breezy atmosphere, along with the little balcony, added to the overall comfort. The staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. If I find myself in the area again, I would definitely choose Nightcap as my base for visiting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, close to the beach and shops. Great for shopping. Easy drive to nearby beaches. Recently updated rooms, fresh and clean. Well-appointed bathroom with rainfall showerhead. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely patio overlooking the pool. Excellent meals at the attached tavern/restaurant.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located right behind the pub, it is conveniently situated near various conveniences. Despite being on a very busy intersection, the hotel's convenient area adds to its appeal. The staff provide excellent service, and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities that cater to our requirements. The fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, is a standout feature. Fresh towels are provided, and breakfast is a delightful addition to the stay.

Easter was fun, found a couple of nearby attractions and had a good time around. The rooms were nicely furnished with relatively new fittings. The pool was clean and relaxing. Close to the beach and convenience stores. Overall it was a good budget option.

The entrance was really tricky, we had to drive back and forth to find it as there were no signs or directions. The room was not soundproof at all, so we could hear every movement from the adjacent rooms.
